There doesn't seem to be a way to turn off the Facebook Chat Head feature on iOS devices. You can turn off the Chat option, but this does not solve the problem, and it blocks your friends from being able to send you personal messages. The chat head bubbles will also still pop up when you access your Message screen even if you disable the Chat option.

IMessage doesn't work automatically. You need to turn on the service and connect it to your Apple ID for it to work properly. Tap the iPhone's "Settings" app and select "Messages." Tap "Use your Apple ID for messages" and enter your account information. Confirm the "On/Off" slider next to iMessage is in the "On" position, and you're off and running with blue chat bubbles.
It's worth noting that if you send someone a message through Secret Conversations, they will know it's a secret chat because the message bubble, which is usually blue, will be black. Next to their image it will read 'Encrypted from one device to the other' to let both parties know they're engaged in a "Secret" chat.
According to TechCrunch, the ability to unsend messages has been available since 2018, but back then users only had ten minutes after a message gets delivered to take it back; after that, it became permanently recorded. Now, users can either permanently 'Unsend for Everyone' and remove messages from everyone's view, or just hide messages they no longer want to see themselves by selecting 'Unsend for You.' To do this on a desktop web browser, go to facebook.com, click on the Messenger icon on the top-right corner of the page, and select a conversation. Alternatively, go directly to messenger.com and open a conversation thread. Click the three-dot icon next to the message bubble to delete and select 'Unsend.' Choose between 'Unsend for everyone' or 'Unsend for you.' Once a choice has been made, click on 'Unsend.'
Users can also fire up the Messenger app on their mobile phones and open a chat thread they want to delete messages from. Find the text bubble to remove, long-press on it until options pop up. Android users can tap 'Unsend' and choose between 'Unsend for everyone' or 'Unsend for you.' iPhone owners need to hit 'More' before choosing 'Unsend,' then 'Unsend for everyone' or 'Unsend for you.'
A secret converstion does not differ much from any other conversation. The only difference is that you can detect a secret conversation by the Facebook messenger color change, because the speech bubbles are black instead of blue. You can start a secret conversation in an existing chat or start a new secret chat.
Please note that you can only continue a secret conversation on the same device. So if you began the chat on your iPhone, you cannot continue chatting on your e.g. iPad by using facebook.com.
Additionally, the Facebook-owned messaging platform is reportedly working on a new chat bubble feature for users on iOS. Keep reading to know more about the latest features that will roll out to WhatsApp in near future.

WhatsApp iOS would soon redesign its chat bubbles into a more "rounded" look, something which the company has avoided for the past years since it acquired Facebook. Now, WABetaInfo has revealed that it would soon come for the instant messaging application, bringing a fresh look for the application.
According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp iOS would bring new changes that can be seen with the application, and one of them is the chat bubble's redesign. The traditional WhatsApp look of a rectangular one would change into a rounded feature, something which has been used by many messaging applications present.
The chat bubble would be more rounded, and the green default color it has would have a darker shade to the conversations. The change that would soon come in future updates has no explanations as to why it would be replaced, especially as people have been accustomed to the old design of WhatsApp.
WhatsApp would take a page from its sibling application's features, and one of the most iconic apps that use a rounded chat bubble is Facebook's Messenger. And yes, it would be that round, and leaving behind the rectangular one, for no reason from the company. 2ff7e9595c
